Summary of Purpose:

Requirements
Flexible Contract Nurse Services for In-Home Self-Injection Training
RxCrossroads provides nursing services for patients needing in-home injection training. These are one-time training sessions for self-injection medications. The training sessions at the patient’s home are generally one hour or less. Our patients have endocrinology and neurology health concerns.
The contract rates, travel distance and number of trainings performed each month are based on the distance to and from the patient’s home the drug/device the patient is being trained on and the number of prescriptions written to new patients for these medications in your area.
