We are currently recruiting for a DMS Enterprise Consultant.
Document Management Solutions integrates physical records management, imaging, and electronic storage, managing our customers’ information for its complete lifecycle and enhancing their business processes. Our solutions make information more accessible and actionable, enhance compliance and security, improve workflows, and reduce the total cost of information management.
DMS is built from a range of products and services which include:

* Conversion Services
* Hosted Archiving
* Workflow Consulting and Services
* Records Management Software
This position is responsible for selling Document Management Solutions (DMS) services into Iron Mountain’s Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, principally consisting of Fortune 1000 Companies. The DMS Enterprise Consultant is responsible for selling new DMS business to prospective and existing customer accounts within his/her assigned account base. This position will organize, plan, direct and coordinate all DMS sales activities in conjunction with the Enterprise owner. The DMS Enterprise Consultant should be skilled in understanding customer business needs via a methodical sales discovery process. In addition, the Enterprise Consultant must be able to demonstrate success in selling a total services solution to senior level executives.
50% Revenue Generation – Must meet or exceed assigned quotas. Must identify customer’s current needs, potential needs, and articulate Iron Mountain’s competitive advantages.
10% Sales Planning – Develop a sales strategy plan for each named Enterprise and Strategic account. The plan will include the following information for each account; account background, qualification summary, opportunities, proposed penetration/relationship strategy, potential obstacles, resource requirements and corresponding action plans. Detailed strategies will include all facets of account penetration including marketing, sales, account management, product, and service and relationship aspects. The plan will be a living document that is updated on a regular basis to reflect changes, opportunities and progress with the customer/prospect.
10% Value Add Solutions – A thorough understanding of the customer/prospect’s business goals, issues and processes is required before presenting the customer/prospect proposed solutions. Must have regular/periodic meetings with customer/prospect contacts and other assigned Iron Mountain Enterprise Account Executives.
10% Relationship Building – Develop appropriate contacts to leverage DMS solutions throughout the customer organization. Strong relationships with Business owners and decision makers are necessary. The DMS Enterprise Consultant will work in concert with EAEs to form and build these relationships with our enterprise customers.
10% Agreement/Contract Negotiation – Coordinate account service level agreements with participating Iron Mountain divisions and business partners, when appropriate.
* Develop and present high level presentations
* Able to articulate service offerings and demo DMS products
* Develop ancillary relationships to assist in penetrating accounts
* Work with various Iron Mountain divisions to promote accounts internally
