- Serve as primary liaison between headquarters staff, regional(field)staff, Facility Cleaning “Housekeeping” Vendors
- Work with internal and external partners to understand operational issues in stores, provide direction to correct such issues
- Act as primary liaison to remedy vendor performance issues at enterprise level
- Identify, analyze and manage new strategies, design pilot programs, innovation and drive expense initiatives with internal and external business partners
- Lead team of exempt and non-exempt team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.)
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a team-based collaborative environment
- Strong project management skills
- Strong conflict/resolution skills
- Practical approach to problem solving
