It focuses on training, development, recognition, employee retention and performance measurement.
Qualifications
A minimum six month commitment is required. Interns work 25 hours per week during afternoons and evenings and on some weekends. Pay for this position is $1,800 per month. The schedule is flexible and can accommodate busy class schedules. If you are a college junior, senior or graduate-level student with a career interest in managing people, you qualify.
Upon graduation, Management Development Interns are given top priority for professional opportunities at Gallup.
