SUMMARY:
· Provides in an atmosphere of Christian community, healthcare service that contributes to the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well being of each person served.
· Manages SF Insurance Agency so as to maintain highest business and ethical standards while providing high quality and secure insurance products to the public at a profit. Directs and provides administrative services for the agents and other staff.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
· High school degree or equivalent required.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience managing an insurance office/brokerage, with knowledge of insurance contracting for agents and agency, commission accounting, recruiting/hiring/firing, policies and procedures, etc.
· Advanced competency with Windows Excel and ability to produce actionable management reports.
· Senior Market experience desired.
· Public speaking skills.
· Must have a class C insurance license.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Current State of Louisiana class C insurance license.
