Job Description
Responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with more complex and large sized business accounts in in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Solicits the most complex customers in their industry area and has increased lending authority. Acts as the relationship manager to existing customers, determines customers commercial loan and deposit needs and deepens existing customer relationships, act as the customers advocate in securing suitable credit and cross sells products and services. Requires minimal supervision and may provide guidance to other Business Relationship Managers. Requires advanced knowledge of their industry segment.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years business banking sales and credit related experience.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in Commercial Real Estate lending and business development related experience preferred. This would include lending experience relating to Office, Mixed-use, Multifamily, Retail and other income producing properties. Construction lending experience is also beneficial.
