Responsible for providing “investment based” cost for customer specific requests. These requests may include special construction, non-tariffed services, contracted customized proposals, and discounted tariff pricing. Interfaces with Sales Account Teams. Coordinates with various engineering groups in assembling cost information, construction interval and may develop a diagram of the proposed network. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Recommends and implements proposed solutions to resolve reported problems. Tasks performed by group are limited to moderate complexity. Typically reports into a Second Level ManagerSupervisory: NO.
Preferred requirements: BS Computer Science, Mathematics, or related science degree and 5 + years of progressive technical customer service experience. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communicates skills, especially with those not reporting to them. Demonstrated excellent computer and presentation skills using MS Office products. Knowledge of UMTS (3G) and GSM (2G) call processing and handset features. Must be able to work closely with RF Engineers to troubleshoot customer issues. Experience in customer communication and customer service a plus.
