Seeking Full Time Automotive Parts Countersperson / Parts Delivery Person State Line Truck Service, one of the most experienced truck service dealers in New England, is seeking a full time Parts Counterperson / Parts Delivery Person to work in our Fitzwilliam, NH location. Job Requirements:
* Experience in Diesel Class 8 heavy duty truck equipment desirable
* Maintain a neat retail display area and keep area well stocked and priced
* Assist customers with their mechanical questions to best assess their parts needs
* Ability to work with little or no supervision
* Process customer’s merchandise returns
* Handle all in-person and telephone inquiries and orders in a professional manner
* Basic computer knowledge and experience
* Pick parts for counter sales
* Parts delivery as necessary Education and Experience
* High School Diploma / GED
* 0 – 3 years of proven heavy duty truck equipment experience
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Flexibility to work overtime as needed, provide Saturday coverage as scheduled
* Sales experience a plus
* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
* Mechanical knowledge of basic vehicle systems and operations Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30 pm / Scheduled Saturdays 7:30am 12:00pm and overtime as necessary
