Buyer will be a business partner to internal clients and subject matter expert for a wide range of supplier Service & Support engagements from the Nissan North America headquarters in Franklin.& nbsp;
Specifically, this position will be responsible to provide strategic sourcing initiatives including but not limited to; needs analyses, supplier market studies, strategic solution development, consensus gathering, contract execution and supplier performance management. Additionally, this job will support the line manager by providing team leadership, instruction, and general guidance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field plus a minimum of three or more years of related experience at a professional level to include General Services & Support Commodity knowledge; Commercial and legal regulations knowledge; good oral and written communication skills; interpersonal; negotiation and cost analysis skills. Must be able to think critically and build consensus with key stakeholders
