Job Responsibilities / Qualifications Serves as a strategic thought leader for the Professional Service (PS) organization and key clients. The Principal is responsible for working with the Sales team to grow business, as well as, identifying new opportunities and avenues for growth including other company offerings. Oversees new PS offering development and prepares final documentation for formal offerings roll-out. He/she manages the process of statements of work for complex engagements and reviews statements of work and final deliverables for Principals within assigned region. Capable of clear and articulate presentation of business issues both in written and oral format. He/she acts as trusted advisor with key clients, providing both strategic guidance as well as overall account responsibility for PS engagements. He/she manages entry level to senior level consultants within the practice. Performance is measured on revenue & margin on complete corporate offerings, overall success of region, and management & development of staff.
Qualifications: 4 year college degree or comparable experience; A minimum of 8-10 years security consulting experience including minimum of three years of management experience required; Ability to lead and manage diverse consulting engagements; Ability to lead and manage regional customer territory; Manages the process of Statements of Work and proposal responses; Must possess strong presentation and communications skills at multiple levels of an organization; Ability to coach and mentor a team of 6-8+ Consultants.
Additional Qualifications: Industry vertical expertise; Possesses common industry certifications for area of focus or comparable industry expertise.
