Position Summary CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has Insurance Collection Supervisor positions available in our Medical Billing and Reimbursement department. The primary responsibilities of the Supervisors are to supervise the staff and daily workflow to ensure that we provide excellent customer service, and to monitor the Insurance Receivable metrics to ensure company profitability.

Education Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience 1. Three years in a Healthcare Collections or Billing eadership role.
2. Six years supervisory experience.
3. Experience with medical collections, billing and/or medical insurance a plus.
Qualifications 1. Extreme accuracy and attention to detail and data standards.
2. Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
