Responsibilities
Provide quality responsive service to high net worth clients through the administration of investment and trust relationships in a team environment. Use investments, trusts, loans and deposits knowledge to assist Private Wealth Managers with ensuring that clients’ financial objectives are met.

Working with Private Wealth Managers, build and sustain high net worth client relationships consistent with business plan revenue goals and objectives through effective administration of book of accounts within established authority. Proactively interface with internal and external clients and their advisors to fulfill department client service standards and business development activities and goals. Research and respond to more complex client objectives and inquiries. Assigned book of accounts will consist primarily of agency relationships.

Initiate or lead issue resolution and implement or lead implementation of appropriate follow-up.

Minimize bank risk by adhering to Bank and Department policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Conduct account administration in compliance with controlling account documents, product regulations and guidelines, and applicable statutes. Exercise sound judgment and appropriate best business practices.
Input financial transactions, (these may include: new account and contact record set-up and account and contact record maintenance) on trust accounting, or depository, or credit systems, within authorization limits, accuracy controls, product regulations, and procedure deadlines.

Input daily client contact and communication updates on Client Relationship Management system.

Conduct research of more complex internal and external inquiries.

Lead or participate in department-wide projects and Workout teams.

Review daily overdrafts, credit, deposit, and related reports and resolve identified issues within guidelines. Perform preliminary file reviews in support of annual Comprehensive Account Review. Work with Private Wealth Manager or Trust Officer to resolve identified issues.

Prepare documentation within procedural guidelines for submission to various Department Committees for review and determination. May attend meetings and present submitted matters.

May also be assigned as secretary/coordinator to support a Department Committee or Work Group.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or relevant work experience
At least five years of applicable account administration and client service delivery experience in a private client/wealth management environment
Excellent client relationship building and communication skills
Strong organization, prioritization, and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of investment, deposit, and credit products, services, and regulations, sound fiduciary practices, and trust administration
Ability to perform responsibilities accurately and independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Hands-on experience with trust accounting systems, deposit and credit systems, and Microsoft Office; SEI/CSS experience preferred
Other Information
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
