Technical Training Specialist
Description
LGS Innovations is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to provide training on Enterprise VOIP solutions for DOJ Field Offices. The deployed system includes Broadsoft solution complex, Polycom phones, Audiocodes media gateways, Edgewater SIP proxys, and a number of other legacy devices (STU, faxes, etc) The candidate will provide turnkey training to new users to include planning and delivering live/audience and remote technical support, to an audience including DOJ executives, attorneys, operations, and administrative personnel across the 50 states. Additionally, the candidate will provide tier 1 support while at the home station, in Washington, DC. Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an experienced computer professional with systems integration/networking or implementing and maintenance of software applications and local area networks. In depth knowledge of PC systems and Microsoft desktop applications. BS in Computer Science or combination of equivalent experience and education.
Must have in depth knowledge of Broadsoft softclients (Receptionist, Call Center, Toolbar, web portal)
Must have good general knowledge of PBX feature functionality, VoIP system and CPE functionality
Must have previous experience training on TDM based PBX and Voice over IP telephony systems
Understand basic TDM/VoIP concepts and call flows
Prefer training certifications
Experience developing web based training materials
Experience developing user training materials and classroom curriculum
Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
