Do you have more than 5+ years of biotech and diagnostic research experience with a focus on genetic testing/research?
If so. apply now!
What you need for this position:
* 5+ years of experience managing aggressive research and development efforts
* Strong background in biotechnology with an emphasis on complex diagnostic services
* Held hands-on role managing technology development, and brought new technology to the market
* Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a highly skilled and highly motivated group of professionals
* Knowledge of the IVF and peri-natal diagnostics is a plus!
* Advanced degree in medical or biological sciences (PhD preferred)
What you will be doing:
* Manage the operations of the team, reporting to the CEO
* Running the diagnostic laboratory and selling a diagnostics service to IVF centers throughout the United States and Europe
* Involved in financial planning, sales, refining the business development strategy and responding to regulatory issues that arise in different markets
