Human Resources Generalist
Description
Under general supervision of Director, HR Generalist will perform a variety of professional human resources functions to include but not limited to coordinating new hire processes to assure compliance with regulatory requirements, coordination of New Hire Orientation and On-boarding to include on-going revision to presentations and delivery, coordination of regulatory HR file maintenance, take an active role in Recognition and Retention Plan efforts and actions, coordination of HR communication to include the OPRMC Employee Newsletter, as well as other methods of employee communication. The HR Generalist is also required to be an active member of the HR team and will be expected to perform as backup to all HR functions as needed. The HR Generalist will possess excellent organization, project management, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. Five years related experience may be substituted.
Licensure/Certifications: None required. PHR preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three years Human Resources experience required, to include employment, recognition and retention, HR regulatory and communication.
