Job Description This position is located in the Health Facilities Division and serves as the representative to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding use of and issues related to all ASPEN based programs; trains and instructs division staff in the operation of ASPEN based programs and state databases; responsible for monitoring all aspects of the federal and state database programs for both internal and external users to assure accurate input and export of information; primary liaison with the State Fire Marshal’s office for the purpose of Life Safety Code inspections of licensed and certified health care facilities; schedules all life safety code inspections; primary in-house coordinator/liaison for Laser Fiche scanning.
Minimum Qualifications The equivalent of two years of full-time clerical work experience in a data processing environment.
