As a Management Trainee you will learn about the role of a career college within the higher education industry as you rotate through key professional positions, spending a minimum of 6 months in Student Recruitment, Finance, Registration and Career Services. The goal of the Management Training Program is to develop future managers for our over 120 ITT Technical Institutes nationwide.
Program Details
* Full-time employment begins January 10, 2011
* Corporate Orientation is held at ITT Technical Institute, Indianapolis, Indiana, from January 10th until January 14th, 2011. All travel and lodging expenses are paid by ITT Educational Services, Inc.
* In the first rotation, you assume the role of a Representative in our Recruitment Department where you recruit prospective students and assist them in the enrollment process.
* The other 3 rotations will include:
* Performing the role of a Financial Aid Coordinator in the Finance department working with prospective and current students to help them identify how to finance their educational needs.
* Performing the role of Assistant Registrar working with the admissions process, scheduling and class loading.
* Performing the role of a Career Services Specialist working with local employers to find employment for current students, graduates and alumni.
Upon completion of the program rotations, the management trainee may begin to apply for open positions such as, but not limited to, Manager of Recruitment, Director of Recruitment, Assistant Director of Finance, Director of Finance, Registrar, and Director of Career Services. If the trainee is willing to relocate, management opportunities exist within our new start-up schools and other existing ITT Tech locations.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
* Minimum GPA of 3.2
* Maximum of 2 years professional experience
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to multi-task and handle a variety of deadlines and responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, highly motivated and team-oriented.
