Risk Management Analyst

Looking for an experienced risk analsyt consultant overseeing governance, risk and control programs for all IT Solutions. Location would be in Maine but client may intertain other locations
Develops and oversees programs to monitor and report upon risk management and compliance of US TS people, processes and systems. Is responsible to ensure alignment of US TS monitoring programs to applicable FFIEC and OCC banking regulations and guidelines, federal and state laws, and Company technology-related risk policies. Reinforce Bank Operational Risk, Compliance Risk Management, US TS and TRMIS education and awareness programs to aid stakeholder understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Champions the development of US TS business continuity plans and assists in oversight of disaster recovery programs. Will develop and collaborate on additional risk assessment and risk oversight initiatives for technology.
Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money laundering policies.
