Status: Hourly Shift: Day
Scheduled Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri Scheduled Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Grade: 6
Description:
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBLITY: Provide technical support to Insurance Sales and clients to support new business.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
ƒx
* Utilize creative problem-solving techniques working as directed with internal and external resources in design development

* Maintain Insurance website content

* Create mock-ups, sales presentation materials and renderings for use in presentations

* Maintain all electronic versions of sales and marketing materials

* Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures

* Support for industry conferences by development of concepts and through planning and design of handouts, posters and booth layout

* Development of marketing demos to support business unit¡¦s products

* Development of training tools to support business unit¡¦s products

* Assist with the design of business forms

* Assist with training and technical support of various CRL web services

* Assist with the design of user interface for web applications

* Perform product evaluation for hardware and software used within the department

* Assist with design, construction, implementation, distribution of surveys in support of sales and marketing efforts

* Assist with design and carrying out of marketing and sales communications

* Assist with the design and refinement of products and services

* Follow up on requests for information and provide on-going status to clients, sales team and customer service

* Assist support group with eZ-App and Zip-zAPP and other web applications including contracts, billing issues and troubleshooting problems related to the use of applications

* Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL and client information

* Review changes to Accessioning decision trees

* Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.

Required Skills:
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE: 6 months technical support experience. Design and marketing experience. Strong technical as well as operational experience, good understanding of web technology and customer service.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent creative problem solving, time management, cost efficiency, listening and communications skills to achieve desired results. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; good organization skills, attention to detail, ability to balance workload and handle multiple tasks at once, follow through and dependability, initiative to work problems through to resolution, ability to work cooperatively with others within various departments; maintain composure and professional approach under stressful situations. PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and comfortable in a networked Windows environment. Ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision and on an independent level.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to use a computer and telephone simultaneously

EQUIPMENT: PC, CD/DVD publisher, copier, printer, phone, and fax machine

OTHER: Overtime required to meet business needs, to be determined daily. Weekend work as required, according to workload.
