Do to expanding business opportinities in our Wheat Ridge, CO office we are in need of multiple Accounts Receivable (AR) Payment Posting Specialists...
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for posting patient payments for medical transports (ambulance transports) and ensuring that the information is accurately entered into the billing system.
* Follows the protocol established for accounts receivable and accurately captures additional information such as patient insurance information in the appropriate fields.
* Utilizes mileage look-up tools to ensure that the correct mileage is entered into the patient record.
Requirements:
· Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
· Able to use a 10 key by touch.
· Basic computer operating skills.
· Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
· Solid listening and communication skills.
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
