About the Job
GXS is seeking a Cash/Treasury Engagement Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Senior level, external client facing Engagement Manager whose primary duties include managing complex and/or difficult client implementations on time and on budget with excellent client satisfaction.
This includes helping to properly set client expectations and making sure clients have a good understanding of contractual commitments.
Detailed items to be performed include: management of GXS engagement with a large and strategic client, implementation kick-off preparation and execution, project plan development, resource need estimation and management, project plan execution, change management, and internal and external reporting.
The Engagement Manager may also be called upon to participate in the creation of the project deliverables including solution design, internal system configuration, and data transformation specification creation as appropriate.
The Engagement Manager will have a strong interface with the client and must be strong and experienced in customer relationship management.
Job Requirements:
Ten years or more experience in external client facing project management, with five or more years experience with managed services implementations preferred.
Experience in cash management transactions between banks and corporate entities.
Outstanding customer relationship management skills and experience.
Outstanding communications skills.
Proven experience in managing large, complex and/or difficult projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, Master’s degree preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
