Customer Service Representative

Well Establish company located in Moon Township that offers opportunity for advancement.​

· Prestigious, Nationally-known clientele are using our sophisticated call tracking software.​

· The incoming calls from our valued customers will vary everyday:

· You must be very computer literate to succeed in our position and able to quickly learn our database system — you should also be a Microsoft Office user.​

· Interfacing with sales, the technology team and our customer training group, you’ll monitor our clients to ensure they understand how our product can provide vital data that profiles their incoming calls.​ Over time, you’ll become a trusted business partner who shares in our clients’ success.​

· As the face to our clients, we’ll look to your advice on services based on the relationships you’ll develop.​

· We have found that diverse backgrounds succeed in our Customer Care role, but it would be helpful if you’ve had past professional experience in a professional office.​

Job Requirements:

- Excellent phone and professional presence
- Prefer 6 months or more of professional office experience

- MS Word, MS Excel

- The ability to type at least 35 WPM

- High Degree of Computer Literacy
- Ability to talk AND type is preferred
- Customer Relationship Management Software knowledge a plus
