Data Entry Coordinator
Perform data entry and administrative functions for the Mortgage Recording department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Enter critical data into the company database in an accurate and timely manner to ensure records are accurate and complete for issuance of title policy.
· Review reports as assigned by management and enter missing information to ensure reports are correct and that subcontractors are paid accurately.
· Submit completed documents to the Policy department in a timely manner to ensure recorded documents are returned to lender according to established requirements.
· Scan documents to company database to ensure that accurate records are maintained.
· Identify and populate all exception recording information received via system to ensure mortgage documentation is complete.
· Must be able to type 50 + WPM
· Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
· Ability to Multi-task
Location: Robinson Township
Wage: $11.00-$12.00/Hr
Full-time position with Benefits in 90 days (Medical/Dental/Vision)
