About the Job

We currently have Production Equipment Technician openings in our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. Multiple Shifts. Temp to Full Time and Full Time.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES:
* Lead focal point for repair and upkeep of Production equipment with a primary focus on robotic automation related equipment.
* Able to repair hydraulics, pick and place, robotics, sensor diagnostics, and proximity switches .
* Perform and close work orders for equipment preventive maintenance as required.
* Identify opportunities for improvement of equipment upkeep processes.
* Identify, order and maintain spare parts inventories for equipment maintenance and repair.
* Review of equipment accuracy to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Assist Facilities group with line layouts and modifications.
* Participate in equipment installations and setups.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Good communication skills, ability to interface with supervisors and peers.
* Demonstrated ability to work with Engineering and Manufacturing support personnel to resolve equipment issues.
* Possess excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
* Ability to read and understand machine schematics.
* Working knowledge in electronics, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC.
