JOB SUMMARY:

Position Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Oversees and monitors all activities required to provide post sales Client services for assigned account ensuring proactive, quality customer service and solutions that add value to their business in accordance with customer contract and PSC policies, practices and procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Builds and maintains client relationships
• Assists with and or designs and implements customer solutions
• Coordinates day-to-day activities in support of client.
• Liaison between customer and Operations services.
• Seeks additional opportunities to provide value-added services to client.
• Performs as team leader and/or project manger, developing project plans, assembling resources, monitoring tactical and fiscal progress ensuring work completed on time and according to client specifications.

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:
• Customer KPIs
• Aged receivable and DSO metrics
• Direct feedback from internal and external customers

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
• 5 or more years experience in Operations

DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Developed closing skills
• Developed ability to research, plan & follow-up leads to secure business
• Developed telephonic customer interaction skills and abilities
• Developed teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and team facilitation skills.

• Developed interpersonal skills to build relationships
• Developed ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
• Developed planning and organization skills
• Developed ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
• Developed ability to operate in an ambiguous environment

• Developed leadership abilities
• Developed ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Office and customer site environment
