As the Recruiting Manager in our brand new office planned for Parsippany, NJ, your work will directly influence our aggressive expansion into the east coast. Channel your recruitment experience to partner with local executives in identifying best practices and other recruiting solutions to generate the desired results. You will also be instrumental in developing strategic business objectives and strategies to meet our recruiting targets for new agents to ensure our growth in the market. This is a unique opportunity to build your recruiting team from the ground up as part of this new, state-of-the-art office that represents Farmers’ dedication to client service. Your proven managerial skills combined with an innovative way of thinking will allow you to develop and empower a team of recruiters – being accountable for their deliverables, motivating and mentoring, and ensuring the best performance in our highly competitive environment. Your ability to work as a “people mechanic” will allow you to fine tune each recruiter’s performance to ensure maximum efficiency in sourcing, selecting, interviewing and closing the deal with top talent. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, experience with an applicant tracking system such as Peopleclick, and the ability to utilize the Internet, networking and social media as effective recruitment sources will all assist you in your day-to-day responsibilities.
