Information Systems Engineer for A&F Administrative Systems

Under the general direction of the Manager of A&F Web programming, the Information Systems Engineer develops and maintains web-based applications for Intranet and Internet transactional websites and performs other web developer/designer tasks. Recommends new technologies, helps plan future directions for A&F, and leads internal projects.
Qualifications:
1. Designs, develops, deploys and supports enterprise class, mission critical web applications using PHP, Ruby on Rails and Drupal, Single Sign-On Authentication, Web Services, version control software and other related technologies.
2. Participates in the planning of short- and long-term goals and directions for A&F Web programming group.
3. Provides consulting to A&F.
4. Designs and maintains web and intranet sites throughout A&F.
5. Reprograms and migrates applications from legacy infrastructure to Drupal and Ruby on Rails while maintaining mission critical access to the information.
6. Maintains legacy Parking Services JSP and Active Server Pages (ASP) web-based applications.
7. Provides limited customer support and feedback for online transactions.
8. Manages parking management software system and other related extensions/application programming interfaces (APIs) that are closely related to the communication between the web-based services and the parking management system.
9. Attends training as required.
10. Performs other duties as required.
Hiring Salary Range: $42,800 – $53,600
Normal Starting Salary: $42,800 – $48,200
