Job Description:

The project entails moving an existing database application from a Unix platform to a Linux platform. Additionally, the company will be migrating the database from Oracle 10g to Oracle 11g.

The minimum requirements to qualify for this position are as follows:

* Fluency with Oracle 10/11g (performance tuning, re-architect tables, queries)

* Oracle RDBMS (3+ years)

* Perl and Korn Shell scripting

* Previous experience with Unix and Linux platforms

Nice To Have Skills:

* Real application cluster (RAC) experience is preferred but not required

* Experience working with Web Based applications will be greatly appreciated

* Any knowledge or experience with C#.Net is a plus but not required
