License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/3-5years of experience.

At least 2-5 years of experience developing multi-tiered object-oriented systems.
*
Practical knowledge of: .NET development experience using C#, ASP, JBPM and user interface design
*
MS SQL Server and DB2 experience with XML
*
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and be a team player with a good attitude who is eager to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
*
A self-starter able to work independently
*
Experience with Java technologies and frameworks
*
Knowledge of Eclipse integrated development environment

Job Description:

Department: Third Party Billing – Workflow Applications

Salary Grade: 8

Solution Development and Delivery:

*
Provides input into the technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation.
*
Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments.
*
Participates in the code review of development team members.
*
Identifies system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
*
Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
*
Keeps the Project Manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
*
Adheres to the development life cycle and is responsible for addressing technical risks throughout the project.
*
Adheres to coding standards
*
Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers.
*
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
*
Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.
*
Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
