The Analyst, Revenue Requirements is responsible for working with and developing complex financial models to analyze the Company’s historical and forecasted financial performance from a regulated perspective.  This individual prepares materials and analyses in support of the Company’s regulatory and compliance filings, with a particular focus on revenue requirements and financial performance.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares forward looking calculations of the Company’s earnings and profitability metrics from a regulated perspective based on information obtained from financial statements and forecasts.
2. Provides technical and administrative support for the development and management of revenue requirement models for use in regulatory filings.
3. Prepares historical schedules and documentation in support of regulatory and financial compliance filings
4. Researches and prepares responses to information requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment

Experience/Training:

• 2-4 years of work experience in a financial, accounting or regulatory capacity.
• Extensive background with Microsoft Excel

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or a minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in finance, accounting, rates or regulatory department.
