Associate General Counsel

- 10 or more years experience required
- The Associate General Counsel, reporting to and working in conjunction with the Vice President, General Counsel, provides legal services to System Office and Affiliate staff to ensure timely and efficient legal assistance is provided throughout the System. Provides legal services, prepares and reviews legal documents, and provides in-service education on legal issues. Deals discreetly with a wide variety of sensitive, confidential information concerning corporate and Affiliate affairs. Is responsible for Legal Operations Counsel providing legal services throughout the System.
Education: Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in health care law, either in private legal practice or as in-house counsel to a hospital or health system. Background in joint ventures, mergers & acquisition, and real estate preferred. Background in physician relationships preferred.
Certifications or Licenses: Admission or eligibility for admission to the Colorado State Bar is required.
