Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an extremely motivated, experienced individual in the capacity of a Cash Accountant. This position will be location in our corporate headquarters in Radnor.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay vendors in accordance with cash management forecasting
- Liaison between Accounts Payable and the Treasury Department while also booking all payments in the accounting system
- Reconcile actual disbursements and booked disbursements daily and monthly
- Prepare daily Cash Reports that summarize cash receipts and disbursements and assess the daily cash position
- Additional support duties include voucher posting, entering and posting payment adjustments, vendor master file entry, and vendor adjustments
- Identify, track and analyze key cash flow metrics that impact AP and assist Treasury Department in cash flow forecasting building
- Maintain account analysis that will enable the Treasury group to review cost and perform account justification analysis, as well as support the Treasury group in reviewing access levels and conducting regular control reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, with experience in cash accounting strongly preferred
- Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail are required
- Strong multi-tasking skills; must manage responsibilities under strict deadlines
