Overview:

The objective of this project is to support the DISA WAWF Program Manager in all areas related to DoD Wide Area Workflow.  These areas of support include:  helpdesk support, customer service, training, documentation, testing and evaluation, statistical analysis, and other administrative/facilitative duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Helpdesk and Technical Support
    • Answer 20-30 daily phone calls and email requests for password reset, invoice retrieval, WAWF navigation, and general questions.
  • Customer Service
    • Communicate with mainly government personnel (some vendors) via phone and email every day.  These individuals range from junior level employees to executives and directors.  Customer service skills, including positivity and patience, are a must.
  • Training and Documentation
    • Assist in 2-4 DCO-conducted WAWF trainings per month.  May be required to be lead instructor.  Also required to create/edit training materials, coordinate with training administrators, and generate completion certificates.
  • Testing and Evaluation
    • Participate in testing and evaluation of new versions of Wide Area Workflow.  Individuals will be required to create and execute test scripts, create and re-test problem reports, evaluate results, participate in regular conference calls related to testing, and coordinate with other agencies
  • Statistical Analysis
    • Required to run 20-30 reports per month and be able to analyze and present data to key stakeholders.  Reports include:
      • Aging Reports for multiple sites (15 per month)
      • Admin Report for multiple sites (1-2 per month)
      • Global GAM/Acceptor Report (1-2 per month)
      • Champions Metrics Reports (3-4 per month)
      • Misc. Reports at the request of the COR (0-5)
  • Administrative Duties
    • Meeting/Conference facilitation
    • Participating in PLD meetings/events
    • Misc. duties at the request of the COR
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience working with help desk, which includes customer service and training of other employees
  • US citizenship and ability to pass a background check required
