The Private Banking Centralized Lending Team (CLT) is a center of excellence designed to handle a high volume of lower risk credit transactions including Advised Lines, Asset Account Lines of Credit (AALOCs), Term Loans all fully secured by high quality marketable securities with standard loan documentation. CLT promises two day turnaround on credit approval and sending out loan documentation. The CLT Analyst works with a CLT Lender to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Position Description:

·         Assist CLT Lender in determining collateral value of marketable securities.

·         Prepare credit write ups and documentation for fully secured credit facilities.

·         Provide information on client credit facilities to regional Capital Advisors, Investors, and Banking team members.

·         Assist in special projects such as portfolio reviews, credit and exposure reports.

·         Participate in regular training to continually enhance credit skills

·         Communicate with Client Service Specialists, Investors, Bankers and Wealth Managers on rates on current facilities and collateral values.

·         Respond to Lender/Banker/Capital Advisor inquiries.
