- Provide first-tier support to end users for PC applications and hardware.
- Document and escalate problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve.
- Interact with the second-tier desktop support team, network services and AIS to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve issues and help identify the root cause.
- Recommend modifications to reduce user problems.
- Create, review and update procedure documentation.
- Administer security accounts.
