Description

Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Jacksonville, FL. In this vital role, you will be required to:

  • Provide first-tier support to end users for PC applications and hardware.
  • Document and escalate problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve.
  • Interact with the second-tier desktop support team, network services and AIS to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
  • Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve issues and help identify the root cause.
  • Recommend modifications to reduce user problems.
  • Create, review and update procedure documentation.
  • Administer security accounts.

Qualifications

Our ideal qualifications include:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows XP environment a must.
  • CICS, RACF, AS400 is preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • HS Diploma/GED
