Responsible for development and preservation of business relationships which result in loan volume through referral sources.
Responsible to create and execute a results oriented business development plan focusing primarily on Realtors, builders and
mortgage brokers as well as other industry related professionals. Continuous analysis of business development plan results is
critical insofar as making necessary adjustments to achieve success. Strong knowledge of loan products offered. Originates loans
resulting from relationships or refers to other Credit Union mortgage origination sources/channels. Responsible for accurate and
efficient completion of loan applications, strictly adhering to established workflow processes, procedures and mortgage lending
regulations. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Credit Union and secondary investor guidelines.
Provides general Credit Union information and cross-sells services. Assists Mortgage Team members as necessary.. |

• Associate degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
• Knowledge of loan policies, products, regulations, procedures, processing, and underwriting guidelines.
• One to two years of mortgage loan originating experience.
• One to two years of related mortgage loan processing experience.
• Real estate background helpful
• Mortgage lending sales experience.
• Familiarity with title reports, insurance, and appraisals.
• Ability to create, execute and analyze a business development/marketing plan
• Strong business development and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of home loan products
