Description
Job Description: Responsible for delivering�construction projects using multiple project delivery and execution strategies.� Responsibilities include�planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects.� Responsibilities may include development of project scope, schedules, approval requirements,�project budgets, quality and change controls.� Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule.� Assures accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules. Engaged in incident investigation, safety training, and project assessment.� Ensures projects are completed according to project plans.� Manages�project team resourcing and training.
Key focus, responsible for initiating, planning, setting up, and managing construction projects.
Qualifications
This is an entry level position for college graduates.
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree.
Permanent unrestricted right to work in the US.
You must possess a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) or a 3.5 preferred.
The following minimum experience obtained through relevant job/internship experience(s).
Candidate must have a proven record of customer service, proactive, courteous, and enjoy solving problems for business partners. Demonstrate the ability to communicate well to all levels of organization including Intel’s Sr. Management. Posse the skill set to work with ambiguity and have flexibility within a changing environment. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage scope, schedule and budgets while being a safety role model. Candidate may be using several computer programs to assign commits to suppliers (Versa Pro, and 2 SAP programs). Will need to learn the MyCW program to manage badges for out sourced and staff augmented suppliers.
