Primary Location

Description
Product engineer for MEMS products including accelerometers and gyroscopes. Responsible for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release. Responsibilities to include:
Evaluation of silicon and silicon characterization of both MEMS and mixed signal circuits
Conducting evaluation of new fab and assembly process technologies
ATE HW/SW debug with Test Engineer/ ATE correlation to bench
Statistical analysis of part performance to set datasheet and production test limits
Post introduction support involving work with manufacturing engineering to ensure high yields, low cost and high quality
Interaction with marketing and the customer to resolve product / applications issues
Possibility of project leadership role
Direct communication and collaboration with design, marketing, test development and manufacturing will be required.
Qualifications
BSEE and 5 years experience or MSEE and 3 years experience
MEMS experience a strong plus
Strong digital and analog circuits knowledge, excellent statistical analysis and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary team environments
Good troubleshooting skills including hands-on experience conducting experiments with lab equipment
