Your responsibilities:
Reporting directly to our Vice President, Operations, you’ll manage multiple complex customer projects to deploy the Agilyx process and technology to customer sites. Working within time and budget constraints, you’ll lead the delivery and installation process from project inception to completion, including; client interface, feasibility studies, project time estimates and budgets, schedule preparation, retrofitting existing sites, obtaining permits, and interfacing with regulatory authorities to secure approvals. You will define the project’s objectives, based on contractual terms and customer requirements and expectations; oversee quality control throughout its life cycle; and provide regular status reports to all stakeholders, within the company and at the customer site. Functioning in a lead role, you’ll mentor and provide direction to other project managers, while personally managing our major accounts.

To qualify for this opportunity, you’ll need:
- Planning, scheduling, and tracking project budget, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project software
- Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating and influencing project team members to take positive action and have accountability for their assigned work
- Ensuring that customer expectations are being met or exceeded as the project progresses and at completion
- Participating in the selection of and managing consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers critical to the project
- Guiding Agilyx team and Clients to successfully transition from completed project to the handoff to service
- Providing direction and mentoring to other project managers
- Handling our most complex and strategic projects and our key customers
Your Qualifications:
To qualify for this opportunity, you’ll need to be a seasoned, savvy, and successful project manager with:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent business experience
- 12 + years project management experience, preferably involving implementation of technology based processes
- Successful track record in a leadership role and strong coaching skills
- Excellent knowledge of multiple project delivery processes and ability to determine which processes are optimal for each unique project circumstance
- Extensive knowledge of project permitting issues and processes; proven ability to successfully interface with permitting authorities to avoid project delays and complications.
- Expert ability to read fabrication documents, equipment specifications, construction documents and specification manuals
- Proven ability to interpret and apply state law, local policy and administrative procedures
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and proven ability to learn new software programs
- Familiarity with and ability to stay current regarding changing regulatory requirements and best practices
- Strong preference for candidates with expertise in recycle technology and the environmental and other regulations and constraints associated with this industry
- Travel to customer sites will be required
