About us:

Description

Assists in all areas of Accounting including the general ledger and interfaces from subsidiary ledgers, the annual / quarterly internal audit, bank reconciliations, cost reports, fixed asset packages and tax packages.  Reconciles various general ledger accounts with a primary focus on fixed asset and cash accounts.  Compiles and reports data on a daily and monthly basis.  Assists Management with the annual budget as needed.

Education (External and Internal):

Bacholors degree in Accounting is required.

Experience (External and Internal):

Two years of Accounting experience is desired.

Two years of fixed asset Accounting is desired.

Experience in Microsoft Excel is required.

Experience in a health care facility is desired, but not mandatory.

Requires six to nine months on-the-job training to become familiar with hospital policies and procedures and the interrelationship of Accounting to the overall operations of the hospital.
