Operates standard office equipment and uses computer programs to complete routine memos and correspondence.

Answers telephone calls from customers and tactfully responds to inquiries from internal and external customers applying working knowledge of internal policies and procedures and all applicable regulations.

Processes payments and advances and assists commercial customers in banking transactions.

Processes paperwork to book loans to systems utilizing working knowledge of documentation and financial accounting issues. Ensures loans are properly maintained on multiple systems.

Maintains credit files and collateral, including renewals of UCC filings and insurance.

Provides clerical and administrative support to assist with projects as necessary.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to learn to use additional applications as needed. Ability to use basic spreadsheets.

Ability to operate standard office machines.
