The position Health care research staff members research, analyze, write and present two to four research studies per year. Studies identify and explore salient issues and industry trends that are of universal and vital importance to the membership. Studies typically examine the forces that have shaped the current state of the industry and offer projections regarding its evolution and future. By modeling best-demonstrated practices and organizational structures of the world’s most progressive organizations, studies provide our member institutions with a set of feasible practices and future vision. Consultants assume an integral role in moving the substance of major research studies and speeches forward and provide intellectual leadership within teams. Consultants provide analytical direction and guidance throughout all stages of the nine to ten month development process, working through extensive primary and secondary research, hypothesis generation and testing, rigorous analysis of findings and the final presentation of ideas.
