Posting Job Description The DBM is responsible for being the single point of contact for the Tenth & Blake Beer Company Craft & Import portfolio for the distributor network in the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Ability to drive customer and solution based selling with Distributors
- Accountable for C&I volume, profit, and share performance at assigned distributor
- Distributor management and scorecard and KPI management
- Distributor organizational development
- Provides value added solutions and problem solving (Retail solutions expertise and leadership)
- Collaboratively develop retail execution standards and ensure distributor compliance with defined Tenth& Blake Beer Company sales standards
-Partner with each distributor to develop a 3-year strategic plan related to the Craft & Import segment
-Lead annual planning with each distributor for the Craft & Import portfolio
-Execute the yearly plan including planning and execution of trimester plans, integrated across independent and chain accounts
-Understanding brand programming and communicating to distributors. Specifically provide expertise and communication/leadership on Tenth & Blake Beer Company portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and programs, sales strategies; go-to-market pricing strategies and chain selling/execution
-Problem solving and opportunity identification
-Development and leadership of the trimester and monthly plan development and active in-market implementation, execution, evaluation
-Score carding and KPI development, alignment, tracking
-Monthly forecasting input into GM
-Manage total C&I brand spending for assigned distributors
-Manage sales tactical budget
-Maximize price promotion strategy and activity
-Effective budget management
-Responsible for in outlet selling on premise/Hispanic
-Accountable for the analysis, segmentation and development of target account list as well as owns the implementation of the strategy within assigned distributors
-Development and execution of Tenth & Blake Beer Company defined sales standards
-Development and execution of retail sales standards
-Own the execution of the Tenth & Blake Beer Company portfolio in territory (distribution, display execution, distributor service policy)
-Own the development of Tenth & Blake Beer Company portfolio brands (identifying and prioritizing brand-building opportunities for each assigned distributor).
-Local pricing management/intelligence
-Regular in-market work with schedule to evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation as well as in identifying retail volume/profit opportunities
-Prepare annual distributor performance review
-Direct external tactical programs (Team Enterprise, etc.)
-Indirectly manage C&I resources at the distributor; participate in selecting personnel and managing performance
-Develop and maintain positive, constructive business building relationships with internal team members and outside partners, retailers and vendors
-Combine clear articulation of expected team and individual performance with motivation of empowerment.

Preferred Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree or eq.
-3+ yrs selling experience in a 3-tier environment a plus
