Description
Assist consumer LOB clients and stakeholders define their goals and design appropriate learning interventions and/or procedures to meet the goals. Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate new and revised written procedures, classroom courses, self-study materials, and e-learning presentations. Edit, format, and upload intranet documentation. Evaluate clients’ existing processes to identify process improvement opportunities. Conduct project management activities for assigned projects.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Masters Degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology; or Bachelors Degree in Education or Adult Education; or a minimum of 1-3 years experience in Instructional Design. Banking or business experience preferred. Other combinations of experience and education which meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
Skills and Abilities
*Ability and willingness to collaborate with fellow team members as part of a highly effective design team.
*Ability to communicate effectively with managers and employees through written documents, oral presentations, and individual discussions.
*Excellent time management and organizational skills necessary to handle multiple responsibilities within established deadlines. *Strong analytical ability required to identify clients’ needs and propose effective solutions. *Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and/or desktop publishing software.
