Responsible for applying basic concepts of lease administration, property management, and analyzing and maintaining detailed records surrounding property rental expense such as CAM, insurance, and taxes. Learn or know DataNet Software and act as DataNet Administrator for leased and owned properties. Must have the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload with a high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and work independently. Work with Legal to ensure all legal matters are completed and with Accounts Payable to make certain all lease payments are paid in agreement with lease documents. Must have strong analytical and computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
