First Data. Beyond the Transaction.

  Ensure the timely and accurate receipt of all inbound products. Unload product from carriers. Validate that the quantity received matches the carrier manifest. Note any exceptions for quantity discrepancies and conditions of goods. Sort inbound product, at pallet level, by market/owner to ensure accurate system receipts. Become knowledgeable on companies and divisions that segregate systematically each customer’s inventory. Box and sort product at P.O. level for each owner. Provide the associated labeling and manifest as required by our internal customers in Inventory, Repair, and Deployment. Process system receipts within 48 hours of physical receipt of product. Escalate any issues or problems to management. Practice and maintain good housekeeping while adhering to all safety and security standards. Other duties as assigned by management team. Â

High School Diploma or equivalent. Capable of memorizing and arranging multiple codes and part numbers. Proven organizational skills. Experience with warehouse management systems such as Oracle or SAP preferred. Previous receiving or inventory experience in a similar industry. Support and implement ISO 9000 Series Quality Management requirements. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and stand the entire shift Â
