We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that understands the needs of a versatile company.  Case-mate is seeking a Shipping and Fulfillment Lead for our ecommerce warehouse in Tucker, GA.  .

The Shipping and Fulfillment Lead position is a fast paced and labor intensive job that requires a high level of detail and precision along with an ownership mentality to make sure every order is shipped per day and customer experience is never compromised.

The position works in concert with the inventory coordinator and the shipping coordinator and reports to the operations manager of the ecommerce warehouse.  The lead position is an entry level position but does have lateral movement and crossover potential to other departments and roles within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the pick/pack area as well as shipping SLAs are being met or exceeded (all orders shipped per day).
• Ensure the correct items are being fulfilled per order (QC), and that the correct shipping methods are being adhered to.
• Maintain and oversee ALL shipping supplies and report fluctuations in usage and needs for replenishment.
• Maintain organization of inventory and correct restock procedures are followed.
• Ensure that workflow is consistent and roadblocks are addressed and either corrected or circumvented with minimal interruption to team productivity.
• Ensure all issues are brought to the appropriate Manager/Coordinator in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict loss prevention standards and that samples are documented and referred to the appropriate department/manager.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Simos staff and work with Operations Manager to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and planned accordingly.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all other departments and coordinate and complete any additional tasks they require.
• Ensure all packages are picked up by the appropriate shipping service and that the warehouse is secured after pickup.
