Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ.
Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoots and support computer workstations, printers, Nurse Call devices, phones, cell phones, and other computer and telecommunications devices in the client network environment.
Respond to all assigned help desk tickets providing professional and effective diagnosis and resolution of technical problems relating to supported field services devices.
1+ years of desktop support experience
Knowledgeable in DOS, Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP Workstation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and basic PC trouble-shooting skills
Experience in supporting phones, cell phones, and pagers
Experience with PC imaging software, virus protection, and inventory software
Knowledge of network hardware and software
Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs on a consistent basis
Knowledge of Nurse Call Systems
Knowledge of Code Blue Systems
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High school diploma
Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
A+ certification – preferred
