• Ability to operate Tune-up system.<br />

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements	In-Store Administration: •Human Resources – Hiring, coaching, training, managing and developing the Auto Center team. •Shipping and Receiving – Managing and supervising to ensure accurate accounting of merchandise coming into the center and transfers, returns or exchanges that impact inventory records. •Inventory Management – Manages On Hand counts where needed to ensure inventory accuracy. •Cash Management – Works with Loss Prevention to ensure End of Day cash and credit records are correct. •Asset Protection – Trains and coaches to safety requirements, ensures initial reporting of all accidents and follow through on Associate’s injuries. •P&#038;L. •Facilities Management – Interior and Exterior. •Systems and Process Management. Associate Development: •Teaches, coaches and provides positive and constructive feedback. •Interacts with the FLS Managers to integrate Automotive into FLS activities. Build relationships with Human Resources and Loss Prevention teams to help provide assistance in the daily Auto Center operations. •Develops a high performance team by hiring, coaching, developing and managing performance of Assistant Manager and Associates. •Plans, directs and supervises the work and productivity levels of Associates to ensure standards are met or exceeded. •Conducts observation, training and coaching of Associates in selling and service process and skills. •Makes appropriate decisions on subordinate performance, up to and including termination of employment following various appropriate disciplinary processes, and trains and supervises Assistant Manager in the store to appropriately address performance concerns. •Assesses Assistant Manager and Associates’ career potential through talent management processes; helps create opportunities for Assistants and Associates to enhance their existing skills to prepare for future roles; identifies, mentors and plans next steps for potential promotable management and staff. •Plans and holds one-on-one meetings with subordinates to improve performance, set standards, and plan future development of Associates. Management Of Sales/Service/Profit: •Focuses selling, service and support teams on consistent, timely and accurate customer care. •Assesses service shortfalls and reacts quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of time standards. •Full profit and loss accountability and analysis of Auto Center. •Trains Associates on proper exit procedure: explaining warranties, product information, scheduled services, and to always thank the customer for their business. •Understands local market focus and tracks competition and trends in the market; communicates with District, Region and Home Office Support to address unique local market considerations. Knowledgeable of competitors’ services and prices to build on sales opportunities. •Responsible for determining appropriate outcomes to customer issues and concerns by making sound business decisions. •Educates Associates on financial literacy and productivity measures; teaches Associates to understand how he/she contributes to the Auto Center’s overall sales and service performance. •Conducts financial review, analyses, and long term planning and management of business and key drivers to impact sales and profit. •Sets plans and strategy to manage expense, understand and drive margin, maintain appropriate merchandise protection standards. •Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Education/Training •Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent experience. •High School degree/Technical School degree required. •Automotive Sales or Service education and training helpful but not necessary. Experience •Prior management experience required. .Three to five years of experience with a retail store/field management preferred. •Minimum two years in a similar work experience in an Auto Center preferred.<br />

We are currently seeking individuals that are career minded and have a great eye for detail and accuracy to join our Receiving Department at our Glen Dale manufacturing facility.</p>
<p>Duties will include loading and unloading freight, quality checks of product and locations, and setting up appointments for delivery with carriers.</p>
<p>We require a High School education or equivalent and at least 1 year of forklift experience. We offer a full benefit package including health, life, dental, and 401(k) as well as Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Gainsharing Bonuses, and company paid physical and drug screen</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>    * Making Service and Sales calls servicing and selling Safety-Kleen products and services.<br />
    * Completing documentation and assisting the customer with required paperwork.<br />
    * Safely operate trucks requiring a Commercial license (CDL).<br />
    * Handling routine customer problems and serve as interface between company and customer.<br />
    * Working closely with manager and salesperson to improve route efficiency and expand existing customer relationships.<br />
    * Ensuring environmental compliance at every stop.<br />
    * Operating vehicles in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as local, state and other federal requirements.<br />
    * Keep abreast of products, market conditions and competitive activities. </p>
<p>Position Requirements</p>
<p>    * High School or GED, prefer some college or equivalent military training preferred.<br />
    * Experience in direct business to business sales (at least 3 &#8211; 5 years) both growing current<br />
    * customer relationships and generating new customer relationships helpful. 2 &#8211; 3 years of route based sales/service experience would be beneficial.<br />
    * Prefer experience in industrial/automotive products or environmental service and/or experienced with route-based sales.<br />
    * Must be able to obtain or possess a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Tanker Endorsement/HAZMAT.<br />
    * Basic computer skills proficiency. </p>
<p>Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently sit, walk, and stand. The employee must frequently carry, lift, pull or push 50 pounds or more. The employee is constantly required to reach, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and stoop. The employee must constantly drive a large truck and/or move heavy equipment.</p>
<p>Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.</p>
