Department Description<br />
The JPMorgan Chase Audit Department is accountable to the Audit and Examining Committee of the Board of Directors, the Office of the Chairman, senior management and our global and local regulators.  The global Audit Department has in excess of 500 Audit Officers.   </p>
<p>The Investment Banking Audit Team is responsible for assessing the adequacy of the control environments across all of the Investment Bank businesses.  This is achieved through a program of audit coverage which is performed and managed by a global team of integrated technology and financial business specialists.</p>
<p>Position Description<br />
This role is for an experienced IT audit professional to join the NA Investment Banking Technology Audit Team, reporting to the NA IB Technology Lead Auditor.  Key areas of focus for this role will be the back office processing systems and business aligned infrastructure. All team members are expected to work across multiple trading and non-trading areas of the Investment Bank. </p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>

<p>Qualifications</p>

    * Excellent interpersonal skills to build good working relationships across a large organization and communicate effectively with clients and senior management both verbally and written in a variety of situations, including one to one, committee meetings and formal presentations<br />

Description	Associates who join the Investment Banking Department’s Global Healthcare Group are provided with a broad-based investment banking experience. Associates will be generalists in the group so afforded the ability to work across the full compliment of heathcare subsectors including large cap pharma, specialty pharma, biotech, HCIT, hospitals, REITS, pharma marketing/retailing/wholesale/distributing, facilities, and managed care/health insurance/HMOs. The Client Valuations Group is a centralized team responsible for the production and dissemination of mark to market (MTM) valuations for the Bank’s institutional clients, ensuring full compliance with the Global Client Valuation Policy and Operational Risk. Client Valuations is a growing area, which has increased focus within Global Markets.  The Group is one of the few ‘cross product’ areas in Operations and offers exposure to a number of products  as well as the opportunity to build a substantial cross department/business network with Sales, Trading, Financial Control, Compliance and IT, and offers excellent training opportunities to continuously learn and develop across all the products.</p>
<p>This role is within the Derivatives section of the Client Valuations Group who are responsible for managing the distribution of MTM valuations for Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, FX &#038; Commodities. </p>
<p>Key Functions:<br />
•               Liaise with the client as well as Salesperson/Marketer to establish valuation requirements.<br />
•               Identify product type and suitable source for the MTM&#8217;s.<br />
•               Administer access for clients to the self-serve valuations portal (Vantage Trade Manager) and monitor/update user preferences where necessary.<br />
*              Manage manual exception processes for the valuations that cannot currently be supported via the portal; and distribute accurate valuation statements in a timely manner.<br />
•               Investigate valuation queries across the different product groups by extracting data from various systems &#038; liaising with Middle Office.<br />
•               Liaise with Legal and Compliance ensuring new products are accurately disclaimed.<br />
•               Enhance the control framework of the team, working with the Front Office and Middle Office groups to establish robust threshold checks and exception tracking processes for each product the group supports.<br />
•               Provide subject matter expertise for technology deliverables, performing testing, and contributing to post-implementation reviews.<br />
•               Provide top class customer service as it relates to client’s valuation statement, responding to client needs &#038; queries in an efficient manner; participate in customer services initiatives.<br />
•               Actively participate in a number of ad hoc tasks associated with MIS reporting, process improvement initiatives, testing, &#038; on the job/ in house training &#038; job shadowing.</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
Required Skills:<br />
•               Strong client service skills: The unit is extremely &#8220;client service focused&#8221; and has a great deal of interaction with clients, sales and trading and middle office globally, thus requiring a confident and professional telephone manner.<br />
•               Time management/organization skills: The group has peak periods where volumes are high — during these periods it is imperative that all individuals are able to manage their workload effectively and prioritize as necessary.<br />
•               OTC Product Knowledge: Understanding of broad range of financial products (e.g. Interest Rates Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, FX &#038; Commodities) and any embedded components to value various trade structures.<br />
•               Teamwork: The group has to work efficiently as a team to function. It is essential that each individual member shares information with the rest of the team and can communicate and maintain strong working relationships.<br />
•               Technical Skills: The group is very dependent on Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. Knowledge of these is required. Various Pricing tools are also used within the group for MTM generation.  A Client Tracking tool and Client Portal will be integral systems as part of the Analyst’s day to day activities.<br />
•               Ability to prioritize, organize workload and react promptly under pressure at peak periods<br />
•               Strong negotiation, communication and influence<br />
•               Client awareness/focus<br />
•               BA/BS degree required</p>
<p>Desired Skills:<br />

<p>The Senior Merchant Product Manager will be a passionate advocate for our customers and sellers within Amazon, with proven analytical capability and project management skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. He or she must be able to support the category manager in developing new features and services, and interact with editorial, web development and design teams to launch projects that improve our customer experience and drive growth in these businesses. <p>Qualifications</p>
<p>    * A strong background (5+ years) in product management is required, preferably within a consumer goods / retail company, e-commerce experience is a plus<br />
    * Ability to think both strategically and tactically<br />
    * Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers (includes ability to use tools such as Excel and Access); an understanding of SQL is a strong plus<br />
    * Demonstrated ability to coordinate sophisticated projects with various technical/engineering teams<br />
    * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects &#8211; work prioritization, planning and task delegation<br />
    * Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results<br />
    * Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment<br />
    * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills<br />
    * Strong writing and speaking skills<br />
    * BA/BS required and an MBA is preferred</p>

Maintains internal operational and financial controls and ensures they meet bank standards. Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area&#8217;s internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Intermediate level position performs routine and various item processing functions under moderate supervision within a process that has built-in checks and balances. Decisions have some impact on internal and external customer relationship.</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
Able to stand for long periods throughout schedules hours.  Basic computer skills.  Able to adapt to face pace envrionment with constant change.
